This is sweet. I love the lighting. I also like how you made the Reavers look like the scary things that live under little kids' beds--very nice!

More Firefly animated stuff, yay!
As for the sketch itself, it's lovely in colours etc.. I love the scene too :)
Maybe it could do with a bit of experimentation in framing etc, just to complement the huge scene itself. But I do love the colours in it, and the way you've done the reavers :)

I've always called Reavers Space Zombies, but the exposed brain just makes them all the more so. Yay River!

One word: wallpaper.

Just saying. The size and framing of it scream for it to be placed on a desktop.

On to the picture:
- Your interpretation of the Reavers is really unexpected, you've boiled them down further than I figured you would, but it still works. If anything, they're even more menacing as shadow-beings.
- River is interesting too. You've really made her look as frail as she usually does in the show.
- Nice weapons and boots. River may be frail-looking but she can open a case of whoopass with just a toothpick and some cat litter. Oh, wait, that's MacGyver.

What are you saying, you want a wallpaper sized picture?

Your praise, estimation and observation of my firefly work (and work in general) is always generous, kind, and more often than less often, dead-on accurate.

(Boiled down further than you figured I would? Is that a good thing? Like demigloss?)
