When I'm not raving over Superman, and biting my tongue when it comes to sad internet reviews and people agreeing with Roger Ebert (??!?)...I like to look around the DC universe and see what else is going on. Maybe I don't give enough credit to Batman, who sometimes comes off a little too brooding, and from most opinion polls seems to be more popular than Superman for that reason....But for the same crimefighter-vigilante/defender impact, I look at Green Arrow, another billionaire turned Justice Leaguer, with 50% less broodiness.

did the original, I just provided color. Lamely. That's what I get for thinking "Aw, there's plenty of shades of green to keep Green Arrow interesting....."

Here's the orignal lineart, which does a better of job of conveying the dynamicness of this superhero - [link]

Have you noticed how many people have copy and paste signatures? If it were copy and paste art, it would never fly.

I like the coloring personally. While maybe it lacks the more dynamic (?) shading that you usually employ (the alternate-color method) it still comes off well.

And he is the Green Arrow . . .

Batman is awsome. Fear the smite of teh Orahlith :gnaw:

DC doesn't really give their lesser known heroes much limelight. They get very little character development or time featured in the popular story arcs of their "greater" heroes. It's ... kinda stupid.

Anyway...good colors as always! I like seeing some other arrows.

arrows=heroes >.<

I think that's the power of "Justice League Unlimited"--you get to hear about all the lesser heroes. Booster Gold, Hawk & Dove, Renegade, Shining Knight...Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E.--it's wonderful. The big heroes get the glory, but the little heroes get the story!

Life is what we make it, and the world is what we make it. The eyes of the cheerful and of the melancholy man are fixed upon the same creation; but very different are the aspects which it bears to them.
